Who We Are

	National Payment Card Association is recognized as the leading provider of Merchant Branded ACH Decoupled Debit Cards.
	National Payment Card Association has been serving the payment needs of merchants since 2004. We began our services in the C-store Petroleum sector but have expanded into other merchant segments such as grocery or pharmacy. Our cards are PIN-based only and cannot be used to pay for purchases where a signature is used for verification, making them the most secure form of payment at the point of sale. We are a privately held company managed by seasoned payments professionals with deep expertise in payment systems. We have been issued several patents that demonstrate our innovation related to merchant branded debit cards. We have several differentiators that are attractive to merchants.
•	Our solution is turnkey and includes everything needed to launch and support a program.
•	Our cards serve as both a loyalty card and a payment card combined on a single mag-stripe card that is used in existing merchant POS equipment and processes.
•	We provide next day settlement of funds to our clients.
•	We provide transaction guarantee which means merchants never see a returned transaction or a chargeback. The guarantee is provided as part of our transaction fee.
•	We charge a fixed fee per transaction that includes all processing and ancillary services. There is never any confusion about what charges are when NPCA sends their invoice.
•	We provide program management support to our clients for all facets of a program including design and fulfillment of cards and merchant branded marketing materials.
•	The NPCA merchant portal provides our merchant clients with a robust set of information that they can use to gauge program results.
•	Our flagship email portal is used to communicate with cardholders about their transactions. More importantly it gives our merchant clients the ability to provide special offers and promotions that drive customers to their locations as opposed to competitor locations.
