Merchant Branded Debit Card is a private label debit card program that
offers you, the retailer, low fixed-cost transactions and provides you
information on consumers that are shopping at your stores. A Merchant
Branded Debit Card can also be considered a payment loyalty system. Our
merchant reporting system is real time and provides information that you
currently don’t receive from other payment methods. Our reporting system
contains the consumer name, their email address, phone number, shopping
frequency and how much they have spent. This information can be used in
conjunction with an existing loyalty program.

NPCA
Merchant Branded Debit Card fees at $.15 per transaction are substantially
less than credit card fees and less than post-Durbin debit card and
prepaid card fees. Our $.15 per transaction fee has next business day
settlement. The fee includes transaction guarantee with no
chargebacks.

role is that of the issuer and processor. The cards are sponsored by
Western National Bank of Midland, TX pursuant to a license from Pulse
Network LLC, a Discover Financial Services Company.

Debit
card interchange regulation brings a degree of relief to retailers, but
